Our online platform supports data collection, reporting and collaboration among all the members of your team. The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and supports a structured approach to managing your quality improvement program through scheduled tools, activities and tasks. A membership with MOA give you immediate access to a proven quality review and improvement program. Additionally, MOA also has the capacity to integrate with your existing incident management systems to reduce data entry.

MOA is fully supported from implementation, through training, to ongoing support. Our Australian-based customer service team is available throughout business hours to assist members in maximising their use of the platform. An understanding of trends and anomalies is supported with robust reporting and analysis.

For Australian residential aged care providers, MOA can facilitate your participation in the National Quality Indicator program. MOA provides the tools for data collection, automatically calculates the data points required for submission, provides in-person data quality checks using our data flagging rules and will complete the submission of data on behalf of members if desired.
