The MOA platform is designed to simplify compliance by offering tools that align with key industry standards such as the Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards, Ngā Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standard and The Australian Retirement Village Accreditation Scheme (ARVAS). Our audit and reporting systems ensure that you can continuously monitor and improve your compliance status, and our tools are continuously updated to reflect current regulations, reducing the risk of non-compliance and helping your services remain aligned with best practice guidelines.
Yes, MOA provides extensive customisation options for both the tools and reports. You can tailor audit questions, quality indicators, and reporting structures to meet the specific needs of your service or facility. This flexibility allows you to focus on the metrics most relevant to your care environment, making it easier to track performance, identify risks, and take timely actions to improve service delivery.
MOA is designed with ease of use in mind, ensuring that your team can quickly become familiar with its features. We also provide comprehensive training and support, including interactive online sessions, face-to-face workshops, and on-demand webinars. Our goal is to ensure that every user feels confident using the platform to conduct audits, monitor quality indicators, and manage continuous improvement plans.
Our Australian-based support team is available during business hours to assist with any technical or operational issues. You can reach us via phone or email for quick resolution of any problems. Additionally, we offer ongoing support through our regular program notifications and announcements page which keep you informed of updates, new features, and best practices for using the platform.
The MOA platform is designed to automate many of the manual processes that typically consume time, such as data collection, quality indicator submissions, and report generation. Integrations with existing systems further reduce duplication of effort by enabling seamless data transfer between platforms. This allows your team to focus more on providing care rather than managing paperwork, which can lead to more efficient operations and better service outcomes.
No, MOA does not impose a limit on the number of users. Your service can add as many team members as necessary, enabling broad access to the platform’s tools. This ensures that everyone involved in care delivery, management, and compliance has the resources they need to contribute effectively to your quality improvement efforts.
